Enhancement Knowledgebase

The world's most comprehensive open knowledgebase on genetic enhancement — genes from nature, experimental evidence, clinical trials, and the labs and clinics building them

This project is not only a game. It is the most complete public map we know of enhancement biology: curated genes across species, a searchable experimental and trial corpus, and the organizations translating them — from academic labs to commercial offerings. The knowledgebase lists more genes than you can select in the game; organization coverage is selective (enhancement research, not every disease-focused lab). Built for biohackers, investors, and scientists who want sources, not slogans. Data is version-controlled on DoltHub — fork it, query it with SQL, or propose additions.

Browse all 136 curated enhancement genes — more than the 106 selectable in the game. Some entries are knowledge-base-only until their model inputs are ready. Click a row for the full dossier — mechanism, evidence, protein IDs, printable STL, organizations, and references.

Click a gene name (or any row) for the dossier. Use the violet ▸ at the left of each row for species, Tests, Orgs, short description, manipulation, and confidence.
